• I was going into Argo & Lehne Jewelers since I could barely look over the counter - my mother took me with her. I made my first purchase when I was twelve years old for a girl a had a crush on. I started going there on my bicycle before I could drive and I have pulled up in an old Corolla wearing a Mr. Bubble tee shirt and have always been treated well. Most recently I went in to have my girlfriends finger sized for a ring - Mr. Argo had the size in a snap and kindly asked if we wanted to look at rings as well - there was no pressure or sales pitch, he was just giving us the great service that I have always gotten there and later my girlfriend said Mr. Argo was so nice! - they know their business there and it is not the most inexpensive jewelry dealer in town, but you can be assured they will give you a fair price, good quality and their work will always be done right.  John L.  Columbus, OH

• The place I think of first. Before I became a customer before I could drive a car, my mother took me into Argo & Lehne. I have always been treated well whether I was with her or not. I remember my brother coming home one day when we were kids and he told my sister and I all the things they showed him as possible gifts for my parents 25th anniversary - my brother was sixteen, I was eleven. Most recently I went with my fiancee to pick out a wedding ring - I told her diamonds are always supposed to be purchased with a credit card because the purchase can be disputed. She told me "This is Argo & Lehne, they're not going to pull any funny business!" I told her: "That's why I'm going to Argo!" (it's a beautiful ring by the way) I knew a fellow who got his fiance a ring from another jeweler in town that's a big chain and one of the diamonds in the engagement ring fell out - in a new ring(!) I told my mother and she frowned and I said "That's why you go to Argo!" she said "Exactly!" They have been so good to me over the years - mostly replacing watch batteries, etc. I remember one day I took my mother's wedding rings in for a complementary cleaning and the man behind the counter came back after a few minutes and said one of the stones was loose - they really do a great job there. I took my future mother-in-law's watch in to have the clasp tightened in December and it just took a minute and when I asked what I owed them, the woman smiled and said "You don't owe me a thing, merry Christmas."
