Please allow 2 – 3 days for your order to be processed and your payment to clear our account, before shipping. Here are your shipping options:
- Free standard USPS shipping (4-14days) on all orders over $1,000.
- For orders under $1,000, standard shipping is $15.
- On all orders, Express USPS shipping (1 –4 days) is $40 total.
Any modifications needed (sizing, engraving, etc.) will delay shipping.
Please be aware that a signature may be needed upon delivery. In general, orders over $1,000 will require a signature and those under $1,000 will be left at the door. Please be sure items are shipped to a secure address if a signature is not required. We encourage you to choose express shipping to ensure that a signature will be required.
We must ship to the address associated with your credit card, which will be verified prior to shipping. For PayPal transactions, we will ship to your address that is on file and verified by PayPal.
You may also opt to pick up your items at our showroom or have them delivered free within Franklin County. At check out, select the option that works best for you.
We ship only within the 50 United States; we do not offer international shipping.
We do not accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, bank checks, or money orders.
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an order confirmation email.
After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Each item ordered will be photographed, documented and packed with care to ensure safe delivery, and insured under our policy. If your order arrives with any damage, please contact us within 24 hours via email: firstname.lastname@example.org, or reply to our original confirmation email. Items must be returned in the condition they are received, with the original receipt. Special orders, custom made jewelry and modifications to existing pieces are not returnable.
For returns, please reply to the confirmation email or email email@example.com, and we will issue a return label. Returns are accepted for refund if initiated within 14 days from receipt of the item, or for store credit if initiated within 30 days from receipt of the item. All return shipping and insurance charges are your responsibility and will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Once your return has been processed a refund will be posted to your original method of payment or a store credit will be posted and you will receive an email notification. Please allow up to one week for your refund to appear in your credit card transaction or PayPal account
We offer the following complimentary repairs within one year of your purchase:
- first ring resizing is complimentary with purchase
- tightening loose stones
- repairing a cracked or split shank if broken at the sizing seam
- repairing broken prongs due to setting defect (not due to normal wear)
- replacement of accent stones under 0.10 carat if the stone came loose due to a setting defect (not due to normal wear)

This warranty is contingent on regular complimentary cleaning and inspection (at least every 6 months) by Argo & Lehne, or other qualified jeweler if you are located outside the Columbus area.
All purchases from Argo & Lehne valued over $1,000 include a written appraisal done by our AGS Certified Gemologist Appraiser. We encourage you to forward the appraisal to your insurance agent to add to your policy in order to safeguard against loss, theft or damage.
